The Central & Southern Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels (Southern Kentucky Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, Inc.) take our roles seriously as Goodwill Ambassadors and aides-de-camp (on the staff of) the Governor/Commander-in-Chief of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
The Central & Southern Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels is led by Secretary-General Jordan Palmer and supervised by the Coordinating Committee with the Kentucky Governor being our sole Commander-in-Chief. A Commission as a Colonel is the highest honor bestowed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky at the discretion of our Governor/Commander-in-Chief.

Office of Secretary General
Secretary-General Jordan Palmer, as the head of the Central & Southern Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels may bestow special awards and certificates, on approval and/or recommendation from the Advisory Committee to members of the community who have demonstrated kindness, goodwill, fellowship, and pride in the Commonwealth of Kentucky throughout their lives.
The Coordinating Committee is appointed and/or dismissed by the Office of the Secretary-General.
The Advisory Committee of the Central & Southern Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels is appointed by the Coordinating Committee or the Officers to represent different communities across the Brigades operating area and provide suggestions, ideas, assist in fundraising, or provide general feedback for the Officers and the Coordinating Committee.
